All aboard the Good Ship Benefit! with House of Fraser’s Cheekathon Palette

It’s not often that an email has me squealing at my desk with excitement.

But when an iconic department store reaches out to invite you to find out more about your favourite makeup brand’s latest palette, it’s pretty damn exciting.

If you haven’t been to Victoria Embankment to the Good Ship Benefit yet then you should get yourself down there now – it’s seriously incredible.

The Benefit team have really outdone themselves. The R.S. Hispaniola has been transformed into a gorgeous, incredible girly boat, as classically on-brand as you’d expect from Benefit. They are also offering some fantastic events and activities onboard, too –  from yoga classes on the Hoola deck, to brow grooming and afternoon tea, to delicious cocktails and more!

I’ve loved Benefit forever. ‘Some kind-a gorgeous’ was my first high-end foundation, and Hoola and High Beam have been products I’ve used constantly for years. I was on cloud nine amongst all the makeup products and themed rooms on the Good Ship Benefit – and was even more excited to get a demonstration of their latest product.

The Cheekathon palette is exclusive to House of Fraser, and features 5 full-sized bronzers and blushers for just £44.50. Considering one Benefit cheek product usually costs about £24.50, it’s incredible value for money, and they last ages, too.

The packaging is stunning, as usual, and also includes a little brush, which is perfect for highlighting cheekbones. I’ve used it every single day since I got mine – it’s an incredibly versatile palette, and without a doubt my new favourite makeup product.

We were also given a demonstration of how to use the product by the team, which was really useful. It’s always nice to see what tips and tricks other people use with their products – and in the process, I discovered that Hoola is also the perfect matte light brown eyeshadow, too!

I had such an awesome time on the Good Ship Benefit, and I absolutely love the new Cheekathon palette. A little too much fun, in fact, getting my brows done and sipping on champagne, that by the time I disembarked they only had Gimme Brow left in a light/medium shade.

But my loss is your gain, readers, because I’m doing a giveaway! Just enter the Rafflecopter below to win a full sized Gimme Brow in the shade light/medium. This competition is UK-only, and if the winner doesn’t respond after a week then I’ll offer the prize to the runner up.
