Granger & Co. always tops lists of best brunches in London, so I was really excited to finally get down to Notting Hill last weekend to try it for myself.
Luckily for us, the lunch menu was equally tempting. Granger & Co. describe themselves as ‘eclectic fare with Australian flair’ – and have a great selection of juices, snacks, bowls & grains and sides.
It was really delicious – the courgette fritters were crisp, flavourful, and light – and the combination of fried halloumi, salad and tzatziki was absolutely heavenly.
The food was definitely worth the long wait – all the vegetables and ingredients were really fresh, and the combination of flavours and textures was really fantastic.
Granger & Co. also has a really nice atmosphere – the room is lovely and bright, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The long wait is a real drawback, meaning it’s not particularly a practical place to pop in for brunch, but it’s ideal for a lazy Sunday, or any day when you’re not completely rushed off of your feet!
Despite the big queues, I would really recommend Granger & Co. for brunch – and it’s always so lovely to have a browse around Notting Hill!
Our meal was complimentary for the purposes of review – all opinions are my own!
