Everything on Farfetch seems to be positively drool-worthy.
Everything about Farfetch is incredibly high-end, from the designers they feature (everything from Balmain to Saint Laurent) to their incredible offices, just off of Old Street.
We were welcomed with chocolate martinis by Lisa from The Cocoa Box who was running the session. These were absolutely deadly, as you really couldn’t taste any alcohol in them – they were really incredible.
The session started off with a little bit of background about the history of chocolate, looking at the cocoa bean, the different types, and we sampled some different types of chocolate, including salt, chilli, and rosewater.
It was incredibly messy, but it was actually really simple to do – and made me wonder why I hadn’t made them before, as they make amazing gifts! It was also a really fun and social activity, too, even if the uncut, piped bits of chocolate reduces grown, professional women into giggling wrecks!
We dusted off the truffles in raspberry dust, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate sprinkles.
I was invited to the event – all opinions my own.
